Go Georgia Cubs!
On Sunday, Ava went to the Braves game with Daddy, Granny & Pop. While they are all Braves fans, Mommy's side of the family have been long time Chicago Cubs fans. So...without any persuassion I taught her to say "Go Cubbies!" Well Ava got a little confused with cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs on Saturday, and cheering on a different team Sunday, so she kept saying go Georgia Cubs instead! Oh well...it's the thought that counts!

She had fun at her very first Braves game! She really enjoyed the hotdog, running the bases and of course watching the game with Granny & Pop. Here are a few pictures from their day.

Happy 33rd Birthday Daddy!

We are a little behind on our posting...but we couldn't forget that Nick turned the big 33 on September 8th! After a hard day working, Nick came home to his girls for a delicious steak dinner, cookie cake and presents. It was pretty low key, but very special all the same! Ava especially enjoyed helping Daddy open his gifts and blow out his candle.

Grandparents Day
A few weeks ago, Ava's School had Grandparents Day! Mimi, Papa & Granny got to visit Ava's school. They enjoyed milk & cookies, had a tea party, colored and played in the kitchen. Ava had so much fun having them with her at school, and we know it's a special day she will never forget!

Ava's Barnyard Bash!

On Saturday, we head over to Jaemor Farms for a fun day down on the farm. Ava was so excited to finally get to celebrate her birthday with all her family & friends!
Look at all these gorgeous girls!!!So silly...we think she learned to cross her eyes at school!
With any birthday, it is always important to have a special birthday outfit and of course party hat! After I found the perfect fabric, Mimi (and Papa too) went to work at embroidering and sewing up Ava's outfit. It turned out so cute and was perfect for a fun day on the farm with her family and friends!

After pizza & fruit, we sang Happy Birthday to Miss Ava and we all dived into some scrumptious cow, pig & chick cupcakes and ice cream.
Yummy...double the cupcakes double the fun!Everyone had tons of fun going on a hayride around the farm & apple orchards, finding our way through the kiddie corn maize, launching apples, and riding ponies! The boys trying out the apple sling shot.
Ava loved playing with her friends Bonnie Kay and Molly Margaret, Camille and Quinn and she really appreciates their mommies & daddies driving them so far to join in on the fun. Ava received some wonderful gifts, but her favorite part was spending time with her friends and family! A big thank you to all who made the trip and made Ava's 3rd Birthday so special...love to you all!
