Happy Birthday Uncle Adam!
Thursday is Uncle Adams' 29th Birthday! Ava is one lucky girl as she is blessed with two amazing uncles! Even though Uncle Adam was a little apprehensive about holding her at first he quickly figured out it wasn't so bad. Ava wishes you a big happy birthday, and we love you VERY MUCH!

Easter Sunday

Easter morning came quickly on Sunday, as you can see from this picture. We all got ready very quick and had a yummy pancake breakfast. We headed to Browns Bridge Community Church for a wonderful Easter service to celebrate the true reason for Easter. Ava headed off to Waumba Land while we went to "big church." After church, we were surprised to find that the Easter bunny had paid a visit to Mimi and Papa's house! Ava was surprised to find not 1, but 3 Easter baskets filled to the brim with goodies. From a new set of golf clubs, coloring books, beach bag & beach gear, puzzles, to new shoes and new play jewelry...it was obvious the Easter bunny was fond of Ava.

After playing a quick round of golf with Daddy & Papa, and picking some sweet smelling flowers for Gigi, we headed over for a delicious Easter lunch with G-paw and Gigi.

Here is Ava with her new chenille pony from Gigi and G-Paw...she named her Georgie.

After lunch we discovered that the Easter bunny made a visit to Gigi's too! Ava had fun on her egg hunt, and couldn't wait to see what kind of "prize" was inside.

We were even able to get our annual spring pictures in G-paws beautiful flowers!

We had another great day, and are truly blessed and feel so thankful to have such wonderful families to spend these special times with.

Coloring Eggs

After our busy day at the lake we headed up to Cornelia. After a quick bite to eat Mimi got the Easter eggs ready to color. After choosing four colors to dye the eggs with, Ava very carefully placed her eggs in the dye. It was so funny to watch her be so meticulous with each egg...careful not to crack it. Nick sat down to help her and she told him to leave because he was being to rough! After making an egg for everyone in the family...Ava had a quick bath and laid down to sleep with visions of Easter Bunnies hopping in her head!

Fun at the Lake!
What a fun day we had on Saturday! We packed up and headed to Lake Sinclair for a fun day in the spring time sun with the Morrow Family. Ava was able to hang out with her cousin Andy, catch her first fish with Uncle Adam and Daddy, hunt Easter eggs with Granny and be the captain of our pontoon voyage! She had so much fun and was plain tuckered out that evening.

Happy 26th Birthday Uncle Chris!

Ava wanted to wish her Uncle "Kissy" a Happy Birthday! Oh and by the way, she is the only one allowed to call him that!

The above picture is one of my favorites! Chris was so enamored with Ava and wouldn't let anyone else hold her! This was so special for both of us...especially since Chris was never around many babies before Ava.

Thank you for being so much fun! I can't wait for more fun times with you, and we all love you lots!
