Good Buddies
On Saturday, our friends Chase, Kendra and Bryant came to visit. We all know how much Ava loves to play with other children so of course she had tons of fun with her buddy Bryant. Here are a couple pictures of their fun times together.

Happy Valentines Day!!!
Ava wanted to send all of you her love on Valentines Day!
XOXOXOXOXOX

Medieval Times
On Saturday we went for an early Valentines Day dinner to Medieval Times with our friends Todd and Jennifer. We had a great time and enjoyed cheering for our black and white knight (hence the goofy crowns).

Our Little Ski Bunny
At the beginning of February we took our annual family trip to hit the ski slopes in Utah. We were very excited as this would be Ava's second year going and we couldn't wait to see how she would react to all the snow. At the ski resort they have a great child care center, so Nick and I decided to check it out. We walked in and Ava began to squeal with delight! She couldn't believe all the toys and she was even more excited at the prospect of playing with some kids her age. So we signed her up and she walked off...without looking back at us. Nick and I were shocked and relieved at the same time, as this was her first experience staying with someone she didn't know.
So the adults hit the slopes while Ava played, napped and ate lunch without us. After we finished skiing we picked her up (don't worry she did smile when she saw us) and played in the snow. At first she was unsure how to walk in all her snow gear, but she quickly figured it out. She kept saying bubbles...and wanted Papa Guy to throw them (the snow) in his own face. Well of course he did and she giggled non stop. After skiing Ava found time to enjoy a good book. We had a wonderful time skiing and we can't wait until for our little ski bunny to join us on the slopes next year!

Rubber Duckie your the One
Ava has always loved her bathtime. Here are a couple pictures we took a few weeks ago of her splashing around. Her favorite thing to do during her bath is to cook something up with her Sesame Street pots and pans; and you can't forget the bath crayons...watch out Monet!
